I have LOADS of zucchini and my family is getting tired of eating it grilled or steamed! So needless to say, I am stoked to try these!! They tasted way more amazing than I imagined! This idea is the perfect way to use up leftover chicken, plus it’s perfect for low-carb and gluten-free diets – and yes, yellow squash would also work well. All your recipes are incredible! Vegetarian dishes allow me to use more cheese, so that's a plus. This is going to have to happen in my oven. Gina, I just LOVE your site!!! Thanks So Much… BamaGal.
